New Bike

This is the last post make sure you keep scrolling down to see all the rest of the posts 5 or 6 more. Now that it is past Thanksgiving I will change my background to Christmas (Parkers). Ok went to find one and the one I picked not really that much Christmas but I liked it.

Chris got me a new bike. The only thing we got on the after Thanksgiving sale. We also got a gift card to use next week so we are going back to get the baby carrier so Brody can join us on your biking trips. Gavin is also getting a new bike for Christmas my parents gave us money so part of the money is going to a bigger bike. He has totally outgrown this little red free bike we got.

Chris and the sales guy made fun of me for picking the hot pink helment. The sales guy tried to get me to buy these "real" bike helment this one is just like Gavin's but cute Pink.

Chris wanted me to post his plant he "chopped" down. It did grow back he cut it so only 1" was left above the ground. It is pretty big now. Good thing or he would be spending his day digging a hole for a new bush.

Brody has learned how to carry his toys and crawl.

This was one picture of the Christmas Outfits that Grammy and Grandad bought for them. They sent us money to buy the cute boys some Christmas clothes. I went out the first day and found lots of great sales on summer clothes, but didn't find any church clothes. But I spent the whole check, oh no! So I went out again looking and had a hard time finding anything. Finally got to JcPenny's and they had very cute little suits. I also got Chris a red shirt but didn't find anything for me. Not surprising I usually don't find anything I like. I sent out pictures let me know if you don't get in a week.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving dinner was so yummy and quiet like any other day. My mom keep trying to teach me so I could do it another year. I told her it was her job until she dies, then it will my kids job, it skips a generation. She asked what I would do if she wasn't there. I said Denny's has Thanksgiving dinner for $9.99. Or I can handle Ham, potatoes and corn nothing fancy that takes all day.

Brody's first Thanksgiving, he ate mashed potatoes and roll.

Bumps and Bruises

It is so hard to watch kids learning to move. Brody hits his head 2-3 times a day. This picture the red mark on the right he hit by his eye on a chair, the red mark in the middle was from earlier that day. The yellow bruise of the left from the day before. His poor head keeps getting hit and he still keeps smiling.

Lexie & Emileigh

I have some free time now that Chris is home for the holiday break. So you will all get caught up on what is going on. I have started watching two very cute girls. Lexie if 4 and Emileigh is almost 1. I will watch them twice a week Monday and Friday. Lexie is so good about playing outside with Gavin so that is very nice. Emileigh is so good happy baby, good about playing on the floor with Brody. The only trouble I am having is the pacifiers. If I give Em her pacifier Brody takes it from her and uses it. If I give both a pacifier Brody still takes it and gives her his. The best luck I have had is both not having a pacifier none to steel. Besides they get talking and its so cute. Em is a tall baby gets it from her dad she makes Brody look just the right size for his age.

For Uncle Mike

This post is for Uncle Mike because Chris and I keep forgetting to tell him. As most of you know we try to get Gavin to actually eat some of his food. So we tell him he needs to eat his food to get big and strong. So when we tell Gavin, this is what he says "big and stong like Uncle Mike" and we say yes! Grandpa asks him if he wants to get big and strong like Grandpa he say "no, like uncle Mike." So that is our story about big and strong because I know everyone wants to be like Uncle Mike.

The Host

Finished the book The Host I thought it was really good. The first part of the book was weird and I had a hard time figuring out what was going on. After the first few chapters it started to get good. Jessica might like this book from Stephenie Meyer it was written for adults and not cheesy. I put this book in my suggestion for books to read.

Gavin now wants a Motorcycle

Grandpa, Gavin, Brody and I went to a motorcross race. Now Gavin thinks that he needs a motorcycle. I said when you get bigger maybe. Then one of the races we watched were little kids (picture at the bottom). Gavin said they are little and he wants one now. It was windy and lots of dirt but Gavin sure had fun.

San Tan Flat and Hair Cut

San Tan Flat is our favorite place to go on Monday nights with Buy one Humburger Meal get one free. Then we play pool.

We finally gave the boys a hair cut. All of Brody's cute curls are gone. Gavin's hair had to go very short because he cut the front so short.

More Halloween & Gavin and Grandma in Trouble

Pictures of the kids before we shipped out to go trick or treating around the block. They all got really tired.
Well Gavin and Grandma are in trouble. Grandma has been cutting her hair in the bathroom and Gavin has been watching and learning. Grandma told me Gavin cut his hair on Friday night it wasn't bad and the pictures below are not the Fridays hair cut. Then Gavin got ahold of the scissors and cut his hair again on Saturday. Can you believe it? A nice bold spot. Grandma got in trouble because she just left the scissors for Gavin to be able to get. She thought if she put it at the bottom of the bag on the counter Gavin wouldn't find it. Gavin is smarter than that. Chris wanted me to shave his head, but I did not want to do that so he just has a bold spot. for the most part. it gets covered by the rest of his hair. The little stinker.
