Family Picture Time

We had family pictures taken and the results are here. If you want any let me know which ones you want if you want in color, black and white, or sepia. Also what size you want. With or without names (type of font). Any other changes you want. It was sure hard to get both boys smiling at the same time. Gavin wanted to get his picture taken until we got there, then not so much. We just went to Walmart because I had a coupon so it didn't cost much but I thought they did pretty good. Only a few Walmarts are digital so we took a little drive, I like the digital better. Let me know if you want a different size than wallet or 4x6 also other sizes will take me longer to get, but if you want its worth the wait.

What is new with the Parkers

Brody in his new chair he is growing so fast.
I thought play packs were to keep thing out.

Biggest moth I have ever seen in my life by our front door. Found out it is a Black Witch moth it was like 6 inches long. Chris thought it was a bat. I said "It is not a bat!"

Well my 4.0 is going to be killed after this class. I have received an A in GEN 300 and EDU 301 and now I am in COMM 105 English Grammar, YUCK!! I am going to be lucky to get a B we have a grammar test at the end of class and I am going to fail. We took a quiz last week about Subject-Verb agreement, Verbs, Run-On sentences, Fragments and Active and Passive Voice. I really do not understand no matter how many times I am told. The Subject-Verb was the hardest because really I do not even understand verbs. Well the test is worth 15% of my grade so I had better get a 100% on everything else. I just write like I talk which Chris does not like because he is the person to check all my papers for my classes. The teacher I have is not very good which makes it even harder four more weeks left then on to the next class RES 110 English Research class. Why did I leave all the hard classes when I first went to school? Only 89 more credits to go, 30 more classes, 3 more years and counting.

Gavin’s potty training is going so-so. Some days I think he has got it other days not so much. I sure hope he learns soon. Gavin is also training how to sleep through the night. I know he should have learned 2+ years ago. However, at one point he was doing so well not sure what happened. We put him to bed and he screams and screams I took video one night I will have to download after I get it off the camera. He sticks his little fingers under the door, screams, and pounds on the door. Yells “I Like Mom” “I Want Mom “One More Song” “One More Book” “I’m Scared” “I’m Hungry” last night he went 45 min of crying, screaming and kicking the door. So this week no one has gotten any sleep. One night Gavin got up 4 times and cried and screamed for what seemed like forever. That night I decided Brody also needed to sleep through the night he used to but then started waking up at 11, 3 and 5 so I also let him cry the same night Gavin did. Brody and learned much faster last night he sleep all night, YEA and so did Gavin. Last night was the first night in a week I got any sleep. I have stopped giving Gavin naps a couple of days ago to see if that would help and see if we could get him to sleep in longer than 5. So far, he is doing well not in a bad mood, the worst part is for me. Now I have to entertain him 2-3 more hours when I used to get a break. This is a hard transition for me. I have to do school after he goes to bed while listening to him screaming.

Brody is still 20 pounds so at least he is not still packing on the pounds like he was.

Well that was a lot of info probably more than you wanted to read.

I need a Mom Break

This week has been tough; I have needed a major mom break. Weeks like this make me jealous of mom’s that get to go to work and get a kid break. Gavin and Brody got a fever the first few days this week, not sure why I called the nurse hotline and they were stumped. Asked me a million questions like do you see any rashes are they getting teeth (not Gavin). Yesterday no fever and today was the first day out of the house this week. Chris was good to help me yesterday give me a break, let me go in my room, close the door, and watch TV while he made dinner and took care of the kids. Brody seems much happier. Gavin still a pain, cries over everything! Probably because he has been spoiled with Love from his grandparents. Today he got up from his nap crying because I told him NO about something. I told him to go to his room he went, I called him back after a minute and he didn’t come. Checked on him and he had fallen back asleep for another hour. Naps are the only thing that keeps my sanity during the day. Tonight Chris and I are going on a date to The Dark Night. Chris is super excited; I think it will be good. Mike is going to watch the kids so we can go, YEA! It will be so nice to get out of the house and do something fun besides go to Wal-mart. I still do not like Wal-mart cannot wait until Target is done across the street.

My parents have almost completely sold their house. From what I understand, they are staying in Utah until September then coming to Arizona. I think they are staying with us, but who knows they might rent. I would not blame them to rent, I need a Gavin break all the time even with how much I Love the little guy. Gavin demands a lot from Grandpa always wearing on him, “I’m not as young as he used to be.” as Grandpa puts it. We cannot wait until they live close. We sure love them.

Brody update, he is a mover. He can now roll ALL directions and scoots around in a circle. He is growing so fast, next thing I know he will be as active as Gavin, OH NO!

Last Day of Trip

Today is the last day of our trip so here are the last of the vacation pictures.

Cruise-In Car Show Parade We went with Grammy and Grandad Parker, Becky, Matt & Colton & Uncle Lindsey.

Gavin at Willow Park the only part of the park he liked was feeding the ducks the rest were to hard to see in the cages. Glad they only ask for a $1.00 donation to go in. Grandma, Brody, Jessica, Braydan, Kaleb and Remi at Hyrum Dam.

This is a funny story, we went and put the swimming pools on the yard to get warm and Gavin had sneaked out of the house in the PJ's and started jumping in the pool. The neighbor saw him leave the house and didn't think any saw him so he just watched him leave out the door and start playing in the pools. Funny Kid!
