Trampoline

We have had the trampoline in the spare room for some time now. But we really need the space so the trampoline has made it outside now. The kids think it is fun. I will probably be a little sad come summer when I can't send them in the other room to play when it is hot.

 I bought 4-50lb bags of sand because we are turning the "dirt" spot, where the grass should be, into sand area. Well we will probably need 20 more bags of sand to fill the whole area. Who knew how much sand goes into a playground. Something we are going to have to pick up every time we go to a craft activity at Lowes or Home Depot. Spread out the cost a little.

 The kids have loved having sand to play in though.

For Christmas we are getting a new swing set for the kids. The set we have now is missing a leg and as Chris and Grandpa put it "a safety hazard", but I am unwilling to take it down until we get the other one up because it is beautiful weather and we want to play outside. So Grammy and Grandad and helping buy it for Christmas and we are taking Grandma and Grandpa's money from Christmas and getting a "Big" 10 ft high swing set that will accommodate Gavin. I am excited. I want to buy other stuff for our "playground" but they will have to wait.
