We just returned from our ward camp out trip. It was so much fun and got to know people in our ward better. Gavin had fun playing in the dirt. He would get raccoon eyes with dirt. I would wash them and they would just return it was as if he was wearing a mask with only the eyes showing.
The worst part of camping was that night. It was freezing! We only have one sleeping bag which we gave to Gavin and we had blankets for Chris and I, I didn’t get much sleep plus the boys kicked me off the air mattress in the night so I was on the hard ground.
Gavin practiced riding his bike, he is doing so good. This was really only his second time on the bike and he only fell once. He forgets how to stop when he is flying down a hill he tries to put his feet down to stop himself.
Brody didn’t go camping he stayed home and played with Grandma and Grandpa they really enjoyed him. They can’t believe how good he is. Brody my little angel baby.
After we returned, we went swimming for the last time this year. The water is getting so cold. I am a baby I like my water really warm.

Sounds like you had a fun time. It looks like Gavin did. I'm glad you got to go. So what was freezing? 75 degrees? Ha,ha,ha. I knew you couldn't come for Colton's bd, I just wanted to send you a card I actually made. Love ya!!

I love the racoon eyes. Cloie kept asking to play with Gavin and then when the kids found out they couldn't play because you were camping they were so sad because they have been begging to go camping again.
That sounds like fun! Gavin is so cute! It looks like you made racoon pictures of him on purpose!!!! glad you had fun and are using mom and craig wisely while they are there!!! ha ha ha
Camping was a lot of fun. I'm glad we were camping neighbors. Sorry I fell asleep before you left and didn't say goodbye. It was a rough night on our side too. Whose adorable little boys are those playing with Gavin?! Geez, what a lucky kid Gavin is to have such fun, sweet, cute little friends!

how fun! boys will be boys! All it takes is a little dirt to entertain them all day long, and a little dirt goes a long way! haha, Gaving looks like he rubbed his eyes with dirty hands! He makes a really cute racoon! Every time we walk past a "big boy bike" at the store Chase beggs us for one! We say you have to go potty in the toilet like a big boy to get a big boy bike, so he will go like one time,and that's the end of it! needless to say, no big boy bike yet! haha
