Look Who's Two

Brody turned two on Jan 24, 2010. The family all went to the park to play and eat cake and ice cream. He is the cutest two year old ever! I had so many pictures it was so hard to pick which ones to post.

This is Brody's favorite present. He likes to take it for walks. The best dog we could ever get, easy to take care of and real ones Brody fears.

This is a couple days after his birthday. Brody wanted to take his dog for a walk. We walked around the block. He likes to do this often. Gavin had to ride his truck around the block.

We went to Cracker Barrel to eat, Grandad's favorite place.

We went to the Wildlife World Zoo one day when Grandad and Grammy came to visit. I am not sure if I would recommend it or not. The cost was more than I thought it should be $26.50 for adult and $14.50 for Gavin and drive are the biggest down falls. It was so far away! When we drove into the parking lot I was very nervous it was a little parking lot and we were the first ones there after it had been open for an hour. When we walked in I thought this is so not worth it, it was like the Willow Park in Logan, UT that ask for a $0.25 donation, but looked worse. They had lots of ducks to feed. The boys loved that part. We walked into the monkey house area it smelled horrible! Everything besides the animals and aquarium were outrageous cost. If we did everything it would have cost over $200 for the three of us. Ok now that I complained about what I didn't like I will tell you and have pictures for what I did like. The animals are so close, close enough and no real cages that Gavin and Bordy did touch. All the animals to feed. The aquarium area was good.

We loved the giraffe feeding. As you can see they stick out their tongue and you put the food there for them to eat. Gavin really enjoyed and of course Brody wouldn't do it.

Seriously look how close this Rhino is, how does that little wood keep him out. The only animal in a real cage was the Lion's.

Other random stuff to post. We had a family day at the dentist. I went to a new dentist in Queen Creek he is wonderful and cost half what the last dentist I went to cost. Gavin did great, but ended up with three cavities. I thought that was crazy, I assumed he would have great teeth like his dad and I. They said the reason is because his teeth are so close together. So I have to floss his teeth more than once a week. Everyday is what they say, we will sure try; hopefully, doing better with Gavin, Brody will have better teeth beause I will do at the same time. So we went back today to have them fixed. I was super nervious I know how he can be and they said if they couldn't do it he would have to go to a pediatric dentist and Chris' co-worker took their daughter to the pedatric dentist and put her out it cost five times as much, which I didn't want to pay. But Gavin went and did wonderful to my surprise. On the way home he asked when we were going back, I said not for a little while. He asked why not and I asked if he liked the dentist and he said yes. He got a token to get a ring which he liked. He had drawn a picture for the worker Emily that he had to take. Crazy kid he will go to the dentist, but having him go to swim lessons he will throw fits. I am not sure what to think about that.

Last thing, about the name for the baby girl. Chris is being a pain about this. One day Chris was saying that I always get my way and I told him that I don't always get my way, even though I get it 99.9% of the time. He told me to name one time I didn't get my way and I had to think hard and said I wanted the name Paris and you wouldn't let me have that name. He says fine we will name the baby Paris. I said no we already picked the name Madison. He says he will get used to it and so now anytime we are talking about the baby he calls her Paris and when I talk about the baby I call her Madison, which his response is "who is that?" He will go a long way to say I always get my way. I know a lot of people don't think Paris Parker sounds good, but that will only be her last name half her life. Chris says he will nick name her PJ for Paris June. Anyway, now we will see what our baby girls name will end up being. Hopefull we will be able to come to a decission in the next three months. Oh, it has been like Christmas these last few weeks I have been given tons of super cute girls clothes and shoes. I am serious we are hooked up and I will not have to buy a single thing for a long time. THANK YOU!
