News About Chris

Chris came home yesterday from work with news of changes. Both good and bad news. The good news is that the directors picked him to be the manager of a new team. The bad news they were breaking up his team. This team has been together a long time. Chris started on this team I think its been over 3 years now. Others on the team have been there even longer. They only picked three of his team members to change teams with him. The others got disbursed to other teams. Chris said that when they told the team that they were sad, mad (the one that didn't get to go), and emotional. When Chris got home he tried to call one of the girls that wasn't at work to tell her the news and she didn't answer. He sent her a text to call him. She text back that she was sad, emotional, and mad all at the same time would would call him in a few. Someone on the team had already told her before Chris did. Chris' manager asked his team to send him feedback a week before. Chris got the feedback. I read what everyone had to say and it definitely makes it harder to have the change. It was sad reading all the good things said knowing he wasn't going to be helping them any longer. Instead of Business he is now doing Health care. Hopefully his new team will love him as much as the last.

Last night Chris left me to go on a trip with a friend from work. I had to get up all night with Paris, by myself, and she wasn't being good. She got up 3 or 4 times. I also hate putting kids to bed, without Chris doing it, they might be up late. He isn't coming home until late Saturday. How do people do it without help. Lucky for me I have YW on Friday night so the kids are sleeping at Grandma and Grandpa's. I will need the break by then.

The only sure thing in life is change. Hopefully his new team will be good! Now you see why I hate Braydan going on scout trips all the time. Makes me worn out. Good luck!

That's funny your kids stay up later when he is gone my kids go to bed earlier when it's just me I run out of patience. Hopefully he will like it I am suprised they were so emotional they must really like him!
