Brody Ray Parker

Brody turned 3. He still tells everyone he is 5 but in 2 years he can be right. Brody is such a joy to have in our family. He is the one that makes us all laugh. He is always acting silly and making funny faces. He is such a love bug. We did a little family birthday party at the park. When asked what he did for his birthday he says "ate dinner". He loves to eat, we got subs from Subway both boys love Subway.
I let the kids pick out the cakes they want at the store. Brody wanted a dog cake like last year, but they didn't have any cute ones. So I took him to the toys to pick out a toy to put on the cake. I showed him the dogs and he found animals. He wanted all of them. The dogs were expensive so I told him he could have one dog or lots of animals. He picked lots of animals and only 3 of the 6 fit on the cake.

Not sure why we do cake. Brody hasn't ate any of it, he licked the frosting at the party. Gavin and Chris don't like cake, so I end up eating most of it.

Brody was funny opening the gifts. He would open one and then say "just a minute, I eating". Grammy and Grandad got him lots of fun presents. Amy and Mike got him a castle. Becky got him a gift but he has to get it later because it got left.

Grandma and Grandpa got him a card with money. He opens the card and hands me the money and gets very excited about his dogs on the card. Chris says "That's right Brody, get used to handing over your money" Funny Chris.

Chris and I got him the up game. He's played and says the dogs are scary.

Brody enjoyed playing at the park and staying in his own little Brody world riding his bike.

Brody had a great birthday and we are so very glad that he was born into our family. We love him so much. Brody is spoiled, Chris took another day off to celebrate his birthday next week, but we are going someplace fun for the kids instead. I told Chris I would take him shopping to buy what he wants because all the kids get to go shopping with mom and pick there birthday.

Grammy's are Great

Diana made all the kids hats. They are so cute. Paris got a cat hat one for now and one for next year. She made me one to match. I will take pictures of all of us together and her. I am so bad at taking pictures when people come to my house to visit. I am so much better when we go on vacation someplace else.

She made Gavin a dinosaur.

Paris is officially crawling. She can go very slowly on her hands and knees, and fast doing the army crawl. She can pretty much get to the places she wants. A couple more months and we will have her birthday.
