Gavin First Day of Kindergarten

My boys always have to act silly and see there pictures so we take 10 or so silly pictures before we get to do real pictures.

Yes it is Noon and Gavin is the only one dressed.

I asked Gavin if I could pick out his clothes for school. I he got dressed all cute.
Then after I took his picture he went and changed so I took another picture of his new outfit. He changed his mind not wanting me to pick. He does not like wear collard shirts.
Going to school with carpool. So sweet of them to send me pictures.

Off to the first day of school for 2011-2012 year.

I emailed his teacher to see if he was being good and she said he gets board because he already knows what to do in kindergarten. So he tend to fidget and talk, but he is being good. She said next week shouldn't be as boring once all the other kids learn the rules.

Gavin LOVES the Calvin and Hobbes books he is always looking at the pictures and asking Chris and I to read them EVERY day. I think it is great he loves reading, but not sure if these are the best books for him. He might get bad ideas. We edit some of the reading and explain them a little different. I don't think he understand a lot, but some parts he just thinks is so funny and laughs and laughs. Example- Calvin gets in the toilet and flushes it and spins around and around and his mom asks later if he got his bath and he said he did. He thought that was so funny. He is learning lots about imagination from the book.
