Wanted-Cabin

Friends invited us up to their cabin for the weekend. It was awesome!! Now Chris and my new goal is to buy a cabin if we stay in Arizona. The cabin we stayed at was in Pinetop, AZ and the weather was so perfect. I would love to get out of the heat in the summers. If we get a cabin though we have to get some fun toys like 4-wheelers to go along with it. Gavin says he wants a 4-wheeler for Christmas now instead of a motorcycle. Because he thinks if Dad and Mom will not get him it for Christmas then Santa will.

We took the 4-Wheeler and golf cart up the mountain to the Fire Watch Tower. The firefighter there gave us a tour and taught the cub scout boys about compasses and other stuff to pass off. They learned what to watch for when looking for smoke and what he does when lightning is striking. Then gave the kids smokey the bear stuff.

Gavin was very scared going up to the top, he started to go back down a couple of times. He did finally make it to the top. This picture was taken a couple flights up.

Brody and Gavin had lots of fun with Parker our friends youngest son who was the same age as Brody.

 Chris took his guns so they could go shooting.

 Paris thought it was loud and jumped a few times.

 We did loose Brody off the back of the golf cart. Should not be standing when we start to move :) He wasn't hurt at all, but very nervous that we were leaving him.

 The boys found a portable heater. They decided to roast marshmallows. It did warm them up.
