Day Event
Why is it in Arizona the smallest tasks take all day? When we bought the car, they said they would fix a couple small problems and I just need to bring it in later when the service department was in. I called and made an appointment for 9:30 as I was driving there the check engine light came on and so that was lucky so they could check that at the same time. Anyway, back to my story at 1:00 they came and told me that they figured out what was wrong with the check engine light but didn’t have the part or any of the other parts they were planning on fixing. They were now sending the car to get the windows re-tinted. So 3.5 hours later they figure out that they do not have the parts to fix and haven’t even started on the tinting. Two hours later they come back and ask how patient I am I say “not very” well they found the parts and asked if I wanted to wait while they fixed the problems. I said, “sure” I don’t want to be wasting another day waiting around. Well I am writing and it is almost 4:00 now. I still haven’t heard if they are done yet. That is 6.5 hours later who knows how much longer. I was lucky I brought some things to do homework and a book. But really waiting 6.5 hours if I would have known it would have taken this long I would have just left the car for the day. However, then it probably would have taken 3 days to get fixed if I wasn’t sitting here waiting. I want to know why everything takes so long to do.

Wow that's ridiculous! Good thing you don't have little kiddies with you or it would be a nightmare day! Hope they get it fixed SOON.
That is crazy. Did they try to tell you that you need to do all of this other maintance items to it? I went in for a saftey recall and Ensign told me I need over $800 in stuff done to my truck.
