Been Busy

I decided to change the landscaping. Thinking it was easy I got six new bushes. Four bushes because I just didn't like them and two HOA complains about because they get so big and I have to cut them all the time and they do not look good little. Gavin loves to hlep with anything that deals with dirt. He found his own gloves to hlep. My parents help excessively, they shouldn't, but it is very much appreciated. Not easy!

For the ward activity, we had a ward campout and because I am on the committee, I get the pleasure of attending. Gavin loves camping. When I told him a week in advance that we were going to go he was so excited, and asked everyday if we were leaving. He is always the most excited about playing in the dirt. I love the day activities, but I do not like the sleeping or not sleeping part of camping. The night was freezing. We all had on warm pj's and sweatshirts with the hoods on in sleeping bags and it was still freezing. Brody got up and cried about every hour. Gavin did not do badly; he got up once saying it was cold. I went to Walmart to get a new camp chair and Gavin really wanted his own little chair. I was hesitant to buy one because they cost as much as the adult chairs. I ended up getting both the boys one. Brody's favorite part of camping was the chairs. He just went around to all the different kid chairs, sit for a minute and carry them around. We also took bikes for the boys to ride they had a lot of fun.
