Weekend

Chris, Grandma and Brody went to a farm while Gavin and I went to the children's play Jack and the Beanstalk. Gavin and I went to the farm later, but they were ready to leave after being there a couple of hours. Chris said Brody did a lot of pointing at animals. They also had lots of free food that Brody took advantage of eating.

Gavin went for a ride on a horse and really liked the ride.

It is always interesting to see how we find Gavin in the morning. Seriously he is a strange sleeper.

I received a new calling on Sunday. I was called to be the advisor for the beehives. We had a long meeting on Sunday and I think I now understand everything that I get to do. We decided to alternate teaching lessons, I get to go to mutual nights on wed. I was very excited to get the calling mostly because Chris was released from scouts and now I get to leave for activities while he puts kids to bed. I am still on activities committee, something I thought they would release me from, but they asked me to stay on. They also had a meeting sunday so I was pretty much gone all day Sunday. The ward does an activity every month sometimes twice so I hope that I can keep up with everything I am supposed to do. Chris will get to enjoy lots of kid time. I did get released from nursery, poor Brody now has to go alone. He only cried for half the time on Sunday, at least he didn't throw up.
