Need some advice on Gavin, I thought 6:00 was early to get up and now he is getting up at 5:00 that is way to early. What can I do to get him to sleep in later. I changed his curtins so the early sun wouldn't come in but that hasn't worked yet. I am not willing to change bed time later and nap time has to stay. So is there anything else that can be done or am I just going to have to get used to 5:00? This morning I just let him knock on the door until he finally got the door lock off and found me around 5:20.
Gavin has had a good imagination today. He had a castle that the dinosaur would come and try to eat him. The castle was destroyed many times and had to be put back together I got to play the dinosaur. He also went fishing a caught big fish that tried to get away the big fish was me and he wanted me to cry when he pulled the fishing pole hard enough I got away. Both of these different games went on for an hour each. Boring for me but he loved it! Does anyone have other idea of fun things to do with your kids?

Those pictures are cool! How did you do that? THe metal option of the toes is unique and I always like black/white. The fog ones are a little too light for me, but that's just me. I think 5 is definately too early to wake up!!! Did you get REALLY dark curtains? I have a thick, black blanket that I hang in Kaleb's room and he slept till 8 this morning! If Gavin still wakes up even when it's dark in his room, then make him go back to his room. If he doesn't go back to sleep, then maybe he can play quiet till everyone else is ready. I don't know. That's nice of you to play with him.
I can hardly wait for your blogs they are always fun to read! I love the metal feet but I dont really like the second metal one there is too much going on its hard to figure out what it is I really like the black and white one they are all cute expecually the one of gavin and the one of you holding brodys hand the fog ones are ok they aren't my favoriate but they are ok.
Well my advice about him not sleeping in is kind of mean but I would either lock him in his room and explain to him that we sleep in until six and put a clock in his room and try to explain to him that he either needs to sleep or he can quietly play in his room until the clock is at six.
That is so funny he was imaginating all that! does he know how to play hide and seek, Red light green light, mother may i, simon says, or I spy? those are my only ideas right now I will think of some more! Love ya!
I like yours and Brody's hand picture and Gavin with black/white with soft edges the best. He's got a lot of energy. No time to sleep. Too much to do and not enough time in the day to do it. He just has to get up early. The early bird catches the worm. He can watch sportscenter with me.
