New Cousin and Weekend Fun

Over the weekend, Emily invited us to her place to go swimming and the park for lunch. We had a lot of fun and Gavin makes everyone very tired. It was hot outside everyone got a little pink.

Brody looked so cute in his big boy clothes I just had to take a picture. I have handsome boys.

On Monday, Amy had an OB doctor appointment so I was lucky enough to get to enjoy her kids for the morning. Everything started out good the kids were playing with toys playing outside. They wanted to play with squirt guns so I filled the tinny pool to fill the water guns. Don’t know what I was thinking so then they got all wet so I told them they could swim in the big pool and didn’t have swimming suites for Keagan or Kyler so they decided to swim in there underwear. Everything was fine and the bottom of the pool had a bunch of holes so they couldn’t drown because the water wouldn’t stay in the pool. So I went inside to make lunch and Brody was getting up so I needed to feed him. Well those kids went crazy, they got naked, put tons of rocks in the grass, were making huge mud puddles in the grass, and put the big slide in the pool. I yelled at them a couple of times felt a little bad but they deserved it. Finally got lunch ready got kids hosed down from all the mud got them inside and sat down for lunch. Amy got there and about died because the kids were naked. I started chocking on a grape so funny. I told her days like this reaffirms to me that I do not want more than 3 kids. Granted Brody sleep most the time but those 4 kids go crazy when I have to take care of Brody. Amy found out at the doctor that they are going to start her on Tuesday at 4:30 and she said she would call when they decided what to do with the four kids. I told her I could take them all or watch them at her house. However, she decided to save my sanity and have her other friend watch the two boys so I had just Samantha and Cloie. We were a little worried that Cloie would have a hard time going to sleep and cry but she did really good once we took Sam out of the room. They just wanted to play so Sam read books on the couch until she feel asleep. It was Gavin’s first sleep over with his cousins. They had fun we had breakfast for dinner watch a movie with popcorn. At 5:00 in the morning Brody got up which woke Samantha and Gavin so we called it a morning Cloie was great and sleep until 6:30. Had breakfast played outside and Mike picked the kids up at 8:00. They had the beautiful baby girl that night and were going to see her. They called her Anika hope that is how you spell it could be wrong they spelled Keagan and Cloie name different than other people do. Or they spell it different than them however you want to put it.

Well did my second day of class today not that bad only took me 15 min to get the work for today done. This is only the first class, which is the easiest, and the first week even easier but so far, I feel confidant that I can do this. I really like the online setting of classes. Yesterday they did overwhelm me with a bunch of paper work I need to finish to do my student teaching to me it is forever away but they want everything done as soon as possible. So I have to do finger printing and fill out a bunch of paper work.
