Easter shopping and other things

We went shopping for Easter stuff last night we were trying to decide which Easter basket to give to Gavin there wasn’t very many I liked to pick from. I found a blue basket with a bunny on it that I thought was alright I asked Gavin if he wanted that one he said “no, Pink one” so I pull down the pink basket and asks if he wants that one he says “Yes” Chris gives me a look. I think it is funny that he likes pink so much, so I let him have the pink one. Then Chris says to get some grass I pull down some green grass and ask Gavin if he wants green he says “no, purple” so I get the purple grass and ask if he wants this one he says “yes”. Chris gives another look but doesn’t say anything. Besides, it matches his pink basket that has a purple handle. I don’t have any pictures yet I am sure you will see the pretty basket when we take Easter pictures. We also got some pink and purple plastic eggs to go on the basket. We have an old Easter basket that Gavin has used past years that I will let Brody use if I can find it, not sure were I put it. Gavin will probably not like the fact that he will have a bunch of pictures of when he was younger with pink and purple stuff. He also has a thing for chap stick I have given him a couple he loses them so fast I try to only give him ones that he can’t figure out how to get it out.

Brody is doing good still getting up twice during the night not bad. Haven’t figured out his day naps though yesterday sleep all day couldn’t keep him up. The day before didn’t sleep much at all, the day before that sleep all day. I worry on the days that he sleeps all day that he will not sleep at night but he still does so I guess for now I will not worry to much. He is starting to smile lots more still having trouble getting a really good picture. He still has very fat thighs I can’t get over how thick they are.

Chris took Gavin to the store the other day to get me a watch for our anniversary what a nice husband I didn’t get him anything. But while they were gone I got to enjoy Brody by myself and we did a little dancing. He liked it! Our anniversary we didn’t do much I didn’t feel like cooking so Chris and Gavin went to Sonic and got us some burgers. You probably say burgers how exciting but that is basically the only choices to bring home for us unless I actually wanted to get dress and go out but it was late and Gavin needed to go to bed.

We are going to go to the zoo on Saturday get out all of Gavin’s energy. He gets so tired from walking around all day I love it! We still don’t have the swing set up yet Chris will hopefully pick up what he needs at the store after work today. It would be lots easier to get the parts if Home Depot wasn’t an hour drive away and Chris would get home earlier. It seems like the night goes by so fast and Chris hasn’t been getting home until 6 and he gets off work at 4.

I actually got dress today and we went to the park for the ward playgroup. There is a little girl there named Zora I hope that is how you spell it she is a cute little girl a little younger than Gavin but he says her name so cute. And she says Gavin is my friend. They like to run across the grass to the fence it is a long ways away but we love it because it is quite and they get there energy out.

Well Brody is getting up so I guess that will be it for now I wrote more than I thought I would.
